It is October 2009 and I just came back from Arizona from Manager's Retreat. I am so excited about making it to Manager, but meeting all these other women who are striving to accomplish the same goal as I am, and all the free stuff we received.

My trip was totally paid for by Gold Canyon. They flew me out of Modesto, CA. That is where I live. I was welcomed with a goodie bag that contained several goodies for me to keep or sell. My choice. We had several women come from the company and share their stories of their success. Pam Quigley, Co-founder Karen Waisath, Sales Manager Twanette, Sales Manager Kathleen Quirk, Senior Director Nona Persons and much more.

While I was there, I made several contacts on the plane and at the hotel. I also sponsored a new person back home, due in part to my signage on my car. Anything is possible in this business. If you love candles, meeting new people and sharing what you love, then I highly recommend this business.

I have come a long way in one year and I still have more to do. Put forward as much effort as you want in return and you will achieve many goals. It truly is worth it. What do you have to loose? AUGUST AND JUST GOT BACK FROM CONVENTION!!!

Hello, just came back from Convention in Phoenix. I was blown away how welcoming Curt and Karen were. Everyone there was awesome.

I met a lot of wonderful women who are working towards the same goal as I am. Becoming FEARLESS, Having FUN, and Being FREE! I can't wait for next year. I am already saving my money to buy my ticket in advance and make sure my girlfriends also go. It is a great eye opener for those still not sure where they are going. It just shows you that with a little encouragement and desire, you can be earning top rewards. Gina our Director walked across stage 6 times. Patricia walked on stage once. Our roommate Amy walked twice. I am really motivated to walk across that stage next year. I have about 10 different ways to do so.

Being part of the Gold Canyon Family is awesome!! It is not just for our benefit to grow in our business, but these women actually care about more than the business. My life is by no means easy. I am attending college full time to achieve my biggest dream of getting a degree, I have a 2 year old, and in between a rock and a hard place. These women who are not exactly in my direct line, are always there if I need to talk about men, children, money, or family.
